    This incident has now been resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve the issue.

    We have found and issue where accessing the New Analyser Platform where users can run reports but are unable to select Save to extract the said reports.

    We've ran some health checks but are continuing to run into problems. This is being investigated thoroughly and we'll advise as soon as the issue is resolved.

    In the meantime, Analyser Classic Platform is still working as expected and can be used as a temporary alternative.
