    Please be advised that scheduled maintenance is planned for Wednesday, 20 August 2025, with an estimated start time of 10:00 BST. Please note that this is an approximate start time, as the commencement of maintenance is dependent on the completion of ongoing processes.

    The purpose of this maintenance is to update terminal data at CKG – Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport, in line with the recent IATA notification (Terminal 2 to 2A, Terminal 3 to 3A). During the maintenance period, the supply of data will be temporarily paused while the terminal changes are implemented. No data will be lost, and all information will be delivered in full once the maintenance is complete.


    This maintenance will affect Schedules-related products only, including:

    • Schedules Dynamic

    • FI Direct (METIS)

    • FI Alerts

    • FI API

    The maintenance is expected to last approximately 3 hours, but due to processes needing to complete before we can start the maintenance, we have allowed for a delay within the timed maintenance posted.
