    Please be advised that scheduled maintenance is planned for Tuesday, 25 November 2025, with an estimated start time of 10:00 UTC. Please note that this is an approximate start time, as the commencement of maintenance is dependent on the completion of ongoing processes.

    The purpose of this maintenance is to update terminal data for LAX – Los Angeles International Airport, where Terminal 5 is being removed, and for CKG – Jiangbei International Airport, where Terminals 2A and 2B are being redesignated as Terminal 2, and Terminals 3A and 3B as Terminal 3. During this period, the supply of data will be temporarily suspended while the terminal change is implemented. However, no data will be lost, and all data will be supplied in full once the maintenance is complete.

    This maintenance will affect Schedules-related products only, including:

    • Schedules Dynamic

    • METIS

    • FI Alerts

    • FI API

    The maintenance is expected to last approximately 2 hours but due to processes needing to complete before we can start the maintenance, we have allowed for a delay within the timed maintenance posted.
