The restore of Schedules and seats data from 22nd June has now been completed.
The next schedules update will run as normal on 6th July.

During the data refresh of Analyser seats yesterday 29th June, due to a data issue with equipment codes, OAG were not able to fully load all seats data. This will affect queries against June 2025 seats data and forward looking data.
OAG are now restoring Schedules and seats data from the previous week (22nd June 2025) to ensure all seat data is available.
The restore is currently underway and once complete, all data will be available as of 22nd June.
Next weeks Schedules update will be run as normal on 6th July.
Monthly reports will be run as normal tomorrow from data correct as of 22nd June.
OAG apologises for any disruption or inconvenience.

Currently OAG is experiencing some issues with Schedules Analyser and seats for 2025 data returning no values for some carriers.
Some customers will see scheduled reports with missing data.
OAG has identified the root cause and is working on applying a fix.
All other parts of Analyser are working as normal.

The purpose of this maintenance is to perform an update to terminal data at TIF - Tiaf Airport and MRV - Mineralnye Vody Airport as they have become new terminal airports. During this period, the supply of data will be temporarily suspended while the terminal change is implemented. However, no data will be lost, and all data will be supplied in full once the maintenance is complete.This maintenance will affect Schedules-related products only, including:
Schedules Dynamic
METIS
FI Alerts
FI API
The maintenance is expected to last approximately 1 hour but due to processes needing to complete before we can start the maintenance, we have allowed for a delay within the timed maintenance posted.

As part of this mission, we are making a significant and long-term investment in our core technology infrastructure to enhance performance, increase resilience, and reduce latency across our services. Planned Infrastructure Upgrade:
On Sunday, 1st June 2025 at 08:00 GMT+1, we will begin a major upgrade of our data centre infrastructure. This essential work is part of our long-term strategy to scale and modernize our systems to support the growing needs of our customers and partners.
Preparatory Work: Beginning 22nd May
In the lead-up to this upgrade, starting from 22nd May, we will be implementing backup systems and preparatory changes to ensure a smooth transition on 1st June.
During this period, customers may experience brief and intermittent latency or minor performance degradation, lasting up to 20 minutes at a time, across the following services:
