    Following a thorough review of our data pipelines and delivery systems, we can confirm that all services are operating normally and data is flowing as expected. The earlier notifications were triggered by a temporary alert spike resulting from a cluster of inquiries rather than an underlying system failure.

    We have identified an issue affecting the production of WDF files and sincerely apologise for the disruption this is causing.

    We are currently rerunning the production process to recreate the files. Please be aware that this will take approximately three hours, following which validation will need to be completed before the files are available for delivery.

    We will provide a further update on progress and will notify you once the files have been successfully produced. We appreciate your patience whilst we work to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
