    Please be advised that scheduled maintenance is planned for Monday, 11 August 2025, with an estimated start time of 10:00 BST. Please note that this is an approximate start time, as the commencement of maintenance is dependent on the completion of ongoing processes.

    The purpose of this maintenance is to implement a system update that accommodates recent changes introduced by SITA. This update will modify our existing processes for both ARINC and SITA integrations to ensure continued compatibility and resolve the resulting issues.

    During this period, the supply of data will be temporarily suspended while the fix is implemented. However, no data will be lost, and all data will be supplied in full once the maintenance is complete.

    This maintenance will affect Schedules-related products only, including:

    • Schedules Dynamic

    • FI Alerts

    • FI API

    The maintenance is expected to last approximately 1 hour but due to processes needing to complete before we can start the maintenance, we have allowed for a delay within the timed maintenance posted.
