The purpose of this maintenance is to perform an update to terminal data at **MAN - Manchester Airport as per an IATA notification.** Based on the latest available information **from April 2026, Manchester Airport (MAN/EGCC)** has undergone significant structural changes**, including the closure of Terminal 1 and the expansion of Terminal 2 and Terminal 3.** 

During this period, the **supply of data will be temporarily suspended** while the terminal change is implemented. However, **no data will be lost**, and all data will be supplied in full once the maintenance is complete.

**Root Cause:** Last week, we identified an issue affecting a subset of Southwest flights where departure or arrival times had differing local and UTC dates. This was caused by a recent Southwest system change that impacted flight origination time interpretation, resulting in incorrect 24-hour delay indicators.

**Resolution:** Working closely with Southwest, we investigated and resolved the root cause. The fix was fully implemented at approximately 23:30 UTC on January 29, with data monitored and confirmed correct throughout the weekend.

**Current Status:** A small number of affected messages remain due to Southwest&#039;s early-processing queue, which generates messages up to a week before flight dates. Messages created and queued before the January 29 fix are still within the system. We are unable to purge these messages as doing so would remove both correct and incorrect messages.

**Expected Resolution:**

* Affected flights are rapidly decreasing (expected maximum of 32 flights on Friday, February 6)
* All early queue messages should be exhausted by end of day Friday, February 6 (UTC)
* From February 7 (UTC) onwards, all data will be completely free from this issue

  We have found and issue where accessing the **_New Analyser Platform_** where users can run reports but are unable to select **Save** to extract the said reports.  
  
We&#039;ve ran some health checks but are continuing to run into problems. This is being investigated thoroughly and we&#039;ll advise as soon as the issue is resolved.

In the meantime, **Analyser Classic Platform** **is still working as expected** and can be used as a temporary alternative.

The restore is currently underway and once complete, all data will be available as of 22_nd_ June.

* Flight Info Alerts, Direct and API schedules is fully operational and up to date.

This incident is now **fully resolved** and OAG will be producing an RCA report, available on request.

Our team is actively working to reinstate the affected schedules and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However, cancellations will be shown in the following products Schedules Dynamic, Flight Info Alerts for both schedules and status, FV Status products - Dynamic, FNB, Batch, XML.
