    Please be advised that scheduled maintenance is planned for Tuesday, 09 December 2025, with an approximate start time of 08:00 GMT. Please note that this is an approximate start time, and though some flexibility may be required, as the actual commencement may vary slightly depending on internal processing.

    The purpose of this maintenance is to perform a planned update that will further improve consistency and accuracy within the Metis Schedules dataset. As part of this enhancement, distance values will be refreshed to ensure alignment and support an improved customer experience.

    During the maintenance period, incoming data will be temporarily paused, and the following products may experience data latency:

    — Flight Info Alerts (FI Alerts)
    — Flight Info API (FI API)

    Other products, including FI Direct, will not be impacted.

    The maintenance is expected to last up to 5 hours, but timings may vary slightly depending on processing.

    No data will be lost, and all information will be delivered in full once the maintenance is complete.

    The purpose of this maintenance is to update terminal data for ALG – Algiers Houari Boumediene Airport, where Terminal 3 has been removed and the remaining terminals have been redesignated, in line with the recent IATA notifications.

    During the maintenance period, the supply of data will be temporarily paused while the updates are implemented. No data will be lost, and all information will be delivered in full once the maintenance is complete.

    This maintenance will affect Schedules-related products only, including:

    • Flight Info Direct (METIS)

    • Flight Info Alerts

    • Flight Info API

    • Schedules Dynamic

    The maintenance is expected to last approximately 1 hour, but we kindly ask for some flexibility regarding the timings, as they may vary depending on process completion.

    The purpose of this maintenance is to update terminal data for LAX – Los Angeles International Airport, where Terminal 5 is being removed, and for CKG – Jiangbei International Airport, where Terminals 2A and 2B are being redesignated as Terminal 2, and Terminals 3A and 3B as Terminal 3. During this period, the supply of data will be temporarily suspended while the terminal change is implemented. However, no data will be lost, and all data will be supplied in full once the maintenance is complete.

    This maintenance will affect Schedules-related products only, including:

    • Schedules Dynamic

    • METIS

    • FI Alerts

    • FI API

    The maintenance is expected to last approximately 2 hours but due to processes needing to complete before we can start the maintenance, we have allowed for a delay within the timed maintenance posted.
