SSIM and WDF Delay

    We are pleased to confirm that the processing issue which caused delays to the delivery of our SSIM and WDF files has now been fully resolved. Files are being delivered as expected and normal operations have been restored.

    We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely apologize for any disruption this incident may have caused to your operations. We understand how critical timely data delivery is for your processes, and we regret that we fell short of the standard you would expect from us on this occasion.

    We have made further progress in our recovery efforts. All WDF files have now been successfully processed, and SSIM processing is continuing as we work through the remaining backlog.

    Some customers may continue to experience delays while the outstanding SSIM files are completed. Our teams continue to monitor the recovery closely and are working to restore normal processing as quickly as possible. We will provide a further update as progress continues.

    OAG are currently experiencing a delay in the delivery of our SSIM and WDF files. This is due to late processing of inbound schedule data and some ongoing performance issues in our processing systems, which we are working with priority to address.

    Please be advised that scheduled maintenance is planned for Tuesday, 30 June 2026, with an estimated start time of 10:00 BST. Please note that this is an approximate start time, as the commencement of maintenance depends on the completion of ongoing processes.

    The purpose of this maintenance is to implement terminal updates for the following airports, in line with the latest IATA notifications:

    • BER – Berlin Brandenburg Airport: Removal of Terminal 5.

    • UUD – Chinggis Khaan International Airport: Update to a terminal airport with Terminals A and B.

    During the maintenance period, the supply of data will be temporarily paused while the terminal changes are implemented. No data will be lost, and all information will be delivered in full once the maintenance is complete.

    This maintenance will affect the following products:

    • Flight Info Direct (Metis)

    • Flight Info Alerts

    • Flight Info API

    • Schedules Dynamic

    The maintenance is expected to last approximately 1 hour. However, as commencement depends on the completion of ongoing processes, timings may vary slightly.

    We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will provide progress updates when available.
