FVXML Latency Issues

    Starting at around 15:00 GMT on 30th October, FVXML responses for some customers were experiencing latency in API responses. At 09:45 GMT on 31st October this issue was resolved.

    Root cause analysis work is ongoing, but the current understanding is that a planned change to remove the deprecated TLS 1.0/1.1 security protocols from our products caused some unexpected delays in API query responses. These changes have been temporarily backed out while we complete our root cause analysis.

    Full details of this TLS change were sent to all FVXML contacts on 21st October via an email notification.

    Snowflake is currently experiencing issues and have advised:- Customers hosted in the affected regions may experience delays or issues when accessing Snowflake services and features via Snowsight. Users might encounter symptoms such as blank pages, error messages, or being able to log in only through a different browser after entering their credentials.We are currently investigating this incident.
