OAG - Notice history

We have identified and have actively addressed an issue that has resulted in latency affecting the delivery of our WDF files to our valued customers. Although the problem has been resolved, we are currently experiencing a delay of several hours. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We would like to inform you that we have experienced an issue with our outbound SSIM processing which has unfortunately resulted in delayed delivery times for SSIM.

We are currently investigating the issue and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

We are experiencing some latency with our Flight Info Alerts - Schedules data. Currently we are running several hours behind schedule. To resolve this we have a deployment scheduled later today, which is expected to address this issue.

We are currently investigating an issue where Flight Info Alerts is experiencing latency issues. We will update here as soon as the issue is resolved.

We regret to inform you that Schedules Dynamic is currently experiencing an outage due to an ongoing deployment. We understand the importance of our services to your operations, and we are fully committed to completing the deployment and restoring the feed as quickly as possible.

We are closely monitoring the deployment process and will provide regular updates to keep you informed of the progress.

OAG encountered a failure in generating our WDF files on Sunday 23rd April.
Subsequent WDF run was completed successfully. 
The cause of the failure was an unexpected delay in our processing. 
Only a small group of customer's deliveries were affected. We are contacting any customers affected by the delays individually. 

OAG are currently experiencing a latency issue in our SSIM products and Flight Info Data load. This issue has unfortunately resulted in delayed delivery times for SSIM and a delayed refresh of Flight Info data.

We are upgrading memory to our servers today which will result in an outage of approximately two hours for both inbound and outbound processing. This will occur at approximately 10:00 UK time. We apologise for any inconvenience at this time while the upgrade takes place.

We are currently monitoring a latency issue affecting our schedules feed in our Alert product. Status Alerts remain unaffected by the latency.

We have taken various steps to address issues related to latency and duplication, and have also worked on improving resource utilisation. Despite our efforts, we are still experiencing latency-related problems, and are currently testing out other solutions to resolve the issue. We are committed to finding a solution and will provide updates on our progress.
