We will be reprocessing the Flight Leg Reports issued on the 21st of June '24. This is due to some data not being cached properly when it finished processing on that day.
The Reports on the following day, Saturday 22nd of June, all looks to have gone through successfully. We are working on this now and will update as soon as the report has been reissued.
NOTE: Only 21st June '24 Flight Leg Reports are affected
I am pleased to inform you that the remaining SSIM productions are currently running and are expected to complete shortly. As such, we consider the incident resolved.
The issue has been identified and a fix implemented and the SSIM productions have now started to run. However, it is important to note that there is a latency of a few hours in the delivery process. Please bear with us as we work to expedite all the SSIM productions, aiming to minimize the latency with delivery.
All productions were completed yesterday, and all schedule productions are now running as normal. We apologise for any inconvenience the latency may have caused.

We can now advise that the Schedules Dynamic feeds are now being distributed, the WDF products have also completed, and the SSIM productions are currently running. We will keep you informed on the progress.

We are pleased to announce that there is now no latency impacting Flight Info Alerts Status or Flight Info API Status for any carrier.
We are pleased to report there is no more latency affecting Flight Info Alerts Status or Flight Info API Status however customers may still see some latency affecting some F9 flights. We will provide more updates as we continue to work on this.
A fix has been successfully deployed to ensure F9 updates are being shared. There may be some latency for some F9 flight numbers we are continuing to monitor and share updates in a few hours.
We have identified the issue affecting our Flight Info Alerts Status and Flight Info API Status causing latency to our customers. To continue the fix, customers who specifically requested carrier F9 alerts will not receive alerts. We are continuing to work on a fix to resolve. We apologize for inconvenience caused. We are currently investigating some latency affecting our Flight Info Alerts Status and Flight Info API Status products. Our team are investigating currently and will provide more updates as we have them. At the moment we are experiencing a few minutes latency.
We are planning for a scheduled maintenance on Schedules-Dynamic for a Terminal change to ensure the quality of our data on Tuesday June 4th, 10am UTC+1 which will last approximately 1 hour. This may result in some latency with the product.We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
