We would like to inform you that due to planned system maintenance to improve our service, Flight Info Alerts Schedules and Flight Info API customers may experience a several hour latency. The work is due to commence at 11:30am BST. No updates will be missed and once the system maintenance has been complete all updates will be passed on.
After continued consistent on-time deliveries this ongoing incident is now resolved.
After changes to our processing procedures on 27th September, we continue to see good performance in our processing and file deliveries. All SSIM and WDF files were delivered in a timely fashion today.
OAG will continue to monitor performance over this weekend to ensure OAG maintain optimal delivery performance before resolving this incident.
