I can confirm that the Flight Info Direct - Schedules has now been refreshed and the incident has been fully resolved.
All scheduled WDF productions have now completed. We are currently waiting for FI DIrect to be refreshed and will advise as soon as that is complete.
We have implemented a fix and the WDF productions are now running with 12 having now completed. We will keep you informed with updates regarding the ongoing status of the productions.
We are actively investigating an issue affecting the delivery of our WDF files to customers. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Additionally, please note that this issue will have an impact on Flight Info Direct - Schedules customers, as the refresh will be delayed. We have a planned maintenance on 16 APR 2024, between 1100AM and 1400PM BST/GMT+1 for a deployment. OAG will update when the work begins and the work completes.
The deployment will be on Inbound and Outbound and it will impact our Schedules-Dynamic, FI Alerts-Schedules and FI API-Schedules products,

An update to the planned maintenance:
Due to the nature of this deployment, we are unable to provide a specific start time. However, we anticipate that it will last a maximum of 30 minutes within this 3 hour window and will not affect our customers or our services. There will be no loss of data, and our customers will not experience any impact on their services during this maintenance period. OAG will update when this 30 minute activity starts and upon completion.
We want to inform you that Flight Info Alerts - Status customers may have experienced an increase in the number of events being sent. Rest assured, our services have now returned to normal levels. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
We have a planned maintenance on 27 MAR 2024, starting from 1130AM GMT for our Flight Info Alerts - Status product which may cause a small delay in status messages of up to 10-15 minutes. This may take an hour but will continue to update as necessary.Thank you for your patience and understanding.
The Salesforce Technology team declared an all-clear at 15:15 UTC, although there was a trailing performance degradation lasting until 15:42 UTC. The Technology team will continue to closely monitor the environment and will promptly take action should performance levels fall below acceptable levels. Both the Salesforce team and OAG apologise for how this incident may have impacted you.
The Salesforce Technology team have advised efforts continue to identify the trigger of the inefficient requests and determine an appropriate resolution path. The team has engaged a third-party content delivery network provider to assist. Rolling restarts of the app servers are ongoing.
OAG will continue to provide updates when we receive them.

The Salesforce Technology team has determined that the start time of impact is 07:37 UTC. They are still investigating the issue and we will provide an update as soon as we hear further on this.
It has been identified that Salesforce Infrastructure is having an issue. This will unfortunately mean that users with un cached credentials for OAGFlights/TPPRO/Analyser will be unable to authenticate and access these products. However, consistent users should not be affected due to credentials being cached. We are investigating the issue with salesforce and will provide an update once we have further information from them. We apologise for any inconvenience.

We are currently investigating an incident of partial outage for authorization for customers who have not logged into these products within the last 2 weeks so may be unable to access. However, consistent users should not be affected due to credentials being cached.

We have identified an issue where the schedule feed has been interrupted. This is currently being investigated. We apologise for any inconvenience this incident may cause but confirm we are working on this as a high priority.
We are conducting a system maintenance, commencing at 08 a.m. GMT on March 07, 2024 to optimise our services. This maintenance may cause temporary latency in our Flight Info-API and Flight Info-Alerts Schedules product. Anticipated completion is expected within a few hours.
